Privacy

Torem Labs is a small lab run from Kyoto and Montréal. We collect as little as possible, and this page says exactly what and why, in plain words.
The contact forms
When you write to us through a form, we receive the name, email, and message you typed, delivered to our inbox by Resend (our email provider) and protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. We use it to reply, and for nothing else. We keep the conversation as long as it is useful and delete it when it is not. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
Analytics
We count visits with Google Analytics, with IP anonymization, to understand what people read. Where the law requires consent (the EU, the UK, and similar), analytics stays off until you say yes to the small question in the corner. Everywhere else it runs by default and the same corner note lets you turn it off. Your choice is stored on your device and you can change it here:
Infrastructure
The sites are served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses in transit to deliver pages and block abuse, under its own privacy terms. We run no other trackers, no advertising, and no fingerprinting.
Children
These sites are not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion, and we will do it: GDPR if you are in Europe, CCPA if you are in California, APPI if you are in Japan, PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25 in Canada. One message through the contact form is the whole procedure.
